Our design team can create BOM & drawing packages for you to build at the manufacturer of your choice, or at our integrated manufacturing division within FireFly.
Integrated Manufacturing
FireFly Technologies’ full service panel shop can build your design, ensuring high quality and fast response, whether it’s for a one-off build for a custom purpose, or for a high volume product offering. Our engineering team also works closely with our panel shop to design and build custom solutions to your specifications.
Electrical Engineering
Our electrical engineers can consult with your engineers to create designs that meet worldwide compliance for NRTL, classified locations, CE, ATEX, etc. We specialize in design for compliance and have over 75 years of combined experience designing electrical panels and printed circuit boards that meet UL and CE Mark, including EMC, LVD, and ATEX.
PLC Programming
Our programming team is able to program most major PLC platforms, including Phoenix Contact, Rockwell AB, Siemens, Automation Direct, Omron, Phoenix and Beckoff.
We work in ladder and structured text.
READYPLC® Family of process control
These pre-engineered and off-the-shelf industrial control panels are equipped with a circuit breaker, surge protection, power supply, PLC with I/O, and terminal blocks, packaged in a 14x16x6” Type 4 metal enclosure.
