Production

what it means

Production serves as the front line of the design process where all plans come to life as a physical system. Production takes high levels of focus and patience to make sure the entire system is built with little to no inaccuracies. Production is also responsible for meeting build deadlines by increasing quantity while maintaining quality.

hardware assembler

Being a hardware assembler requires skill in multi-tasking to read plans and drawings, prepare equipment and materials, assemble components, and wire panels. This process must be done consistently and accurately to minimize delays and failures. An assembler must also be creative in developing methods to accelerate production while not jeopardizing quality.
